Jo Bauters – Gavere has for the moment the 1st and 3rd Best Yearling pigeon of Belgium with 3 prizes over all the one day long distance races (Ranking 13/08/2020)

Gavere: “Class is something that will always pop up if it’s there’…and that’s what the strong Jo Bauters pigeons proof once again !
A few weeks ago we already discussed the current to results but the past weekend it was once again a hit in the rose! That the Bauters pigeons have bravery and don’t know the word ‘giving up’ is something we already knew but if we have a look at the weather circumstances in which these champions feel very good this seems to be hot weather and headwind. Their 3 national victories Poitiers ’14, Cahors ’18 and Limoges ’19 were all won with an average of about 1100 m/m and also past weekend they had to work hard, so the Bauters pigeons excelled as they never did before.

The long distance season is coming to its end….the dices have almost been thrown definitely and when we have a look at the ranking of best yearling pigeon from Belgium with 3 prizes on all the one day long distance races we can state that the yearling pigeons from Jo and Mieke did very well as at the moment they are classified as 1st and 3rd best pigeon from Belgium. 

On the first spot there is “Draco” (B19-4101053) a marvellous son to “Sirius” (a grandson to the national Poitiers winner “Fabian”) x “Hermelien” (granddaughter to top pigeons “Frodo” and “Jack”)

On the 3rd spot there is “De 77” (B19-4101077) . Again out of the breeding line “Fabian” but now crossed in to David Vermassen.
