Herbots | Kobe & Kato Herbots from Velm and their super breeding line "Super F16" - “Geof”

During a career in pigeon racing you are always looking for some super breeders who will strengthen your loft and whose descendants have raced fantastically in several generations. This is easiest to explain in words, but putting it into action is something completely different. In Velm, Limburg, Raf's career, together with his son Kobe and daughter Kato, has been fantastic for several years. They have some bloodlines, the offspring of which are really great, both here and elsewhere, which means they are sitting on roses here.

Especially the line of “Super F16” and her son “Geof”, together with “Black Beauty”, form the strain of this colony that can certainly excel from speed to Limoges.

Super breeder “Geof” BE 16-2146541 and his mother “Super F16” BE 14-2199514

This mother and son are a combination of strategy thanks to friendships in pigeon racing. The “Super F16” hen was born thanks to a joint breeding between Herbots and Bart & Nance Van Oeckel. In 2013, Raf had a super young pigeon flying in the national flights that was bred by Bart & Nance Van Oeckel, namely “Super One” which itself won 44th National Argenton of 19,303 pigeons and is a daughter of “Gaston Jr”. After the season, this top hen was coupled to their stock father “F16” and from this came “Super F16” who is the one and only stock mother of this colony. Her son is just as good as her and has produced several top pigeons generation after generation. Below is an overview of the impressive list of descendants of “Geof” and his mother “Super F16”.

“Geof” or his mother “Super F16” have already provided top pigeons at national level in several generations. The list has become long in a short time because the pigeons are doing very well in several places.

Flies on 2 National races 4th Provincial Argenton 5,661 youngsters (18th National 22,869 youngsters) and 38th National Bourges 23,847 youngsters. “Geof” was coupled here to a daughter of stock sire “Yvan” ( Herbots Jo & Raf ), who was then coupled to “Inbred New Nationaal 1” ( Father x Daughter ). “New National 1” won 1st National Limoges 10,554 pigeons at the B & N Van Oeckel home.

The superman from Lebbeke, who has been playing at a new location for a year now, wins 2 Prov Bourges 4,988 young pigeons (77 NAT 20,328p) and 6 Prov Argenton 4,217p (73 NAT 18,837p). This topper is a child of super breeder “Black Beauty” who is also the father of super breeder “Magic Dries”. In 2023,
“BE 23-2057020” became 6th National Ace Pigeon great middle distance youngsters over 2 KBDB races.

Menten Ronny (Rummen) 1st National Aurillac 6,512 yearlings and fastest of 11,854 pigeons.

Ronny Menten won the national race from Aurillac and this was a great-grandchild of “Kato”. “Kato” is a direct daughter of “Geof” and is developing into a real super breeding hen.
