Obituary Jos Deno

The 1st of April a special day, this year in particular as our good friend and former tandem buddy Jos Deno has left us. When I was in my twenties I got to know Jos.

Jos, a true man of the people, a man with a big heart, a heart of gold ! You could ask him whatever you wanted, he took care that is was done. His passion was pigeons, he woke up with them and went to bed with them, but he had it in his fingers as we say, a gift that only few of us possess. He won everything, 1st National Champion, 1st National Ace bird and several 1st National victories...he was a winner which he had already shown before on his bike.

His children, grandchildren, his family were sacred for him, he was tremendously proud of them.

Jos, we will never forget you, you were as a second father to me. We are going to miss your jokes and stories but also your good advice. You're united again with Paula now, your anchor who you missed a lot the past years. Rest gently and in peace.
