Thijs Nick & Roger from Hallaar were the fastest at Sermaises in the province of Antwerp last weekend
16 May 2024
The first middle distance race of the season for the province of Antwerp after Melun literally fell into the water the week before due to bad weather. The pigeons were then returned to Pont on Sunday and were released there. Coming home on Sunday afternoon and getting ready for the next game on Thursday evening. It was a tough flight with a headwind and low speeds, pigeon weather as everyone says. The winner in the province of Antwerp is the top colony Nick & Roger Thijs from Hallaar in Antwerp. They arrived immediately at the appointment and clocked a hen in the lead. They had a total of 34 pigeons and won 18 prizes. The goal here of course remains the national races, but this victory is certainly a bonus.
