Marc Bosmans and Dirk Leekens joined forces in 2013 and in no time they climbed the ladder of success. National victories, national championships and Olympic pigeons fell prey to this ambitious tandem. A unique list of honour of which every fancier dreams when he takes a closer look.

Clocking first prizes...all easier said than done but with our tandem it is simply baked into the DNA of their pigeons. From 100km till 700km one is never sure to be on top of the result as long as the clock times of Marc and Dirk are not known.

The base
The pigeons of Dirk Leekens formed the first base. The ancestor "Lucky Luke" was bought from an uncle of his wife Marijke. This stunner won 1st prov. Bourges and 1st Chimay on his record. It was a chic "grizzle" (grey) from 1997 with in his pedigree Karel Schellens, Kessel; Louis De Leus, Boortmeerbeek and Albert Iwens, Bonheiden. His offspring have given unique results.
Also "Milton", line Huyskens-Van Riel, became a progenitor and "Father Milton" was bought from Pierke Dreesen, Houthalen.
They were also on the doorstep at Pros Roosen, Kermt and there they bought descendants from the "Nationaal", the "Freddy" and the "Prins". At Dirk Van Dyck, Zandhoven they bought a son and a daughter out of the "Cannibal". A super deal was done at Etienne Stassen from Dilsen-Stokkem. There they bought "Olympic Triple" who was an Olympic pigeon in Poznan in 2013. The offspring of "Olympic Triple" is rarely seen. A daughter became Olympiadove Brussels and many grandchildren are now the "stars" of the race and breeding loft.
