David Vermassen from Gavere ends his top season with 2nd National Chateauroux 2,331 old pigeons

In the last national flight of the season, the colony of David Vermassen from Gavere in East Flanders easily won a national victory. The difference was 0.02 m/min at the finish line and knowing that the pigeons made some big moves because of birds of prey in the area, you know what time it is. But sporty as they are, they say, clock counts! The hen that achieved this feat is a real super hen “Marit” has been flying at a very high level for 3 years and ended her season with a 2nd National Chateauroux against 2,331 old pigeons. In addition, there are several super pigeons this year that have flown fantastically here in the lofts that we introduce to you in this article. The colony here is run by mother Nadine and Denis Annaert. They are responsible for the daily care of the pigeons.
