Rafael Lemnariu (Itterbeek) wins 1st Provincial Vivonne (Poitiers) Flemish Brabant against 924 yearlings

Itterbeek - The provincial pigeon world has a new champion: Rafael Lemnariu. During the flight from Vivonne (Poitiers), he took victory in the yearling category. His hen, with the ring number BE23-2085683 and aptly named "Prima", was the fastest of 924 yearlings.

"Prima" has not only excelled at provincial level, but also earned her spurs nationally. She was clocked 25th out of 10.574 yearlings, and finished 56th in the combined category of 19.589 old and yearling birds.

In addition to her recent win, "Prima" has previously produced the following performances:
1st Bourges against 140 pigeons
10th Noyon against 437 pigeons
26th Noyon against 301 pigeons
31st Sermaises against 428 pigeons

"Prima" has her good performance from no strangers. A half-brother previously achieved 2nd  Provincial Ace Pigeon All-round in 2019.

Rafael is pleased with his hen's performance and is looking forward to the upcoming flights where she and her other loftmates may continue to try their luck.
