How does transportation work?
Transporters
Herbots provides worldwide transport.
Only Belgian customers pay transport directly to Herbots. Customers from other countries must pay transport directly to the carrier.
Once the purchased pigeon(s) have been paid for, you must choose a carrier for your country. Choose a carrier for your country here
Contact the carrier and also let us know which carrier you will use. Without this information we cannot send the pigeon.

Transport within the EU
For transport within the EU, VAT must be paid except for companies.
Once you have chosen the carrier, please inform our logistics so that the paperwork can be arranged.
Transport outside the EU
For transport outside the EU, no VAT has to be paid if the transporter you have chosen can provide an export document. 99% of the transporters provide this, but there are sometimes exceptions.
All pigeons that are exported outside the EU must first go into quarantine. The transporter will organize this for you.
If the transporter comes to collect the pigeons from Herbots, no extra costs have to be paid to Herbots. If Herbots has to deliver the pigeons to the quarantine station, the cost of transport from Herbots to the quarantine station is for the customer.
