Ivan Baetens (St. Niklaas) experienced a season in 2024 in which the “ultimate dream” came true, namely winning a 1st national. For decades the hunt for the grand victory had been open and already several times they had been really very close but last season the main bird was shot not once but even three times. The “Baetens racing team” had caught the forme in such a way that they brought home the following national wins
